Ever wondered what you could really do with your property?
Could you add an ADU or backyard cottage? Split your lot? Expand your home? Build additional homes, townhouses, or apartments? How much could you build, what might it cost, and how long could it take?
A Day with an Architect is a one-day feasibility study and consultation focused on your property, your ideas, and what may actually be possible.
YES Community Architects (YCA) is an experienced Bay Area architecture firm specializing in housing, infill development, ADUs, multifamily projects, and creative approaches to making the most of urban properties.
The winning bidder will receive up to 8 hours of professional architectural services, tailored to their property and questions. Depending on the project, the study may include zoning and development potential, applicable planning regulations, possible additions or new units, lot subdivision opportunities, preliminary design concepts, approximate project scope and timelines, and discussion of likely costs and next steps.
The consultation may also include conceptual drawing, a diagram, or sketches to help you visualize what your property could become.
At the end of the process, you’ll have a much clearer understanding of your property’s possibilities—and a practical roadmap for what to do next.
Includes: Up to 8 hours of architectural feasibility, research, consultation, and conceptual design by YES Community Architects.
